My family lives in Tempe very near the Fiesta District and shop there all the time (Target, Fiesta Mall, In N Out Burger, and other restaurants and businesses). We prefer the Fiesta District to the tacky Tempe Marketplace and really miss the Harkins theater on Longmore. We are glad that MCC saw this opportunity to serve this part of the Mesa/Tempe area.

I think that's great that they are utilizing this theatre and will renovate it. Only problem is you need to carry a gun when visiting that area and especially at night!
