Mesa’s Mountain View High School’s Model U.N. Team, under the direction of teacher Jeff Davis, recently competed at a college conference as the only high school representative. During the competition, the team represented the People’s Republic of China and received an honorable mention, indicating that they scored somewhere in the top 20 percent of the schools.

The National Model United Nations Conference claims to be the largest of all college conferences in the world. The Mesa high school juniors and seniors competed against international relations and international law majors from the U.S., Canada, U.K., France, Italy, Germany, and many other parts of the world.
