A man was shot dead by police after stealing a City of Phoenix 10-wheel truck tractor, evading police through several cities and crashing into multiple police cars Sunday, according to Mesa police.

The man, who has not been identified, allegedly stole the truck and intentionally rammed several Phoenix officers’ vehicles, according to Mesa police.

With multiple Phoenix police cars and a helicopter chasing after him, he entered Mesa going east on Broadway near Dobson. The man  attempted to hit Mesa officers’ vehicles. He seemed to actively try to chase and hit police cars, according to a news release from Mesa police.

On Stapley Drive, north of Southern Avenue, the suspect drove directly at a Mesa officer, who quickly took evasive action and escaped with minor damage to his patrol car.

The man eventually entered Apache Junction and struck another police vehicle, according to the report. Near 700 N Ironwood, he approached Phoenix SWAT officers, who fired on him. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Apache Junction Fire Department.

It was good the police put this screwball down. He would have killed or injured someone.

Now let the liberal comments preaching he was a good person and was just on drugs that someone forced on him and he was in the process of getting his life back together.

It is apparent to me that the previous comments were made by people who did NOT know who this person REALLY was, how he treated people, how he had a passion for his fiance and the GOOD in him. This article did NOT fill in the blanks as to what happened before all this activity and ultimately, his death. Did anyone ask this? Did anyone care? NO, too busy taking what is printed as gospel.

He stole a truck, ran from police in that truck through at least four cities and tried hitting some of those officers with a truck. Honestly young who cares what events took place to lead to this situation. I don't want to know this guys entire troubled past, just the facts of the case. If what was stated is true I'm glad he was put down prior to him killing a innocent person or officer.

I was right! some liberal would come out and say this guy was a good person.
Young, this "good" person has been previously charged with:
    Aggravated Assault
    Kidnapping
    Sexual Assault
Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon
    Theft
Failure to register as a sex offender
Lol, the officer who shot this low life is a true crime fighter
