A 55-year-old man accused of exposing himself to a woman and her two children was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure on Sunday.
Michael Polley, who police say become belligerent and tried to break free from officers when they tried to arrest him in the 2900 block of East Broadway about 5 p.m., also was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest, according to police.
Polley exposed himself outside of his apartment at the Lucera Apartments complex, police said.
