Authorities say a woman was taken to the hospital after being hit by a school bus in Guadalupe Thursday afternoon.
Officials say the accident happened around 3:30 p.m. near Priest Drive and Calle Iglesia.
Maricopa County Sheriff's Department spokesman Chris Hegstrom said the woman was walking in a crosswalk when a bus traveling eastbound hit her.
Officials said the woman was transported to County Hospital with a non life-threatening injuries to her hip.
Hegstrom said there were students from the Tempe Elementary School District on the bus at the time of the crash. Officials said no children were injured in the accident.
Authorities said the bus driver showed no signs of impairment.
Hegstrom said the incident is still under investigation at this time.
The victim has not yet been identified.
