Chandler police have arrested a man they believe is a serial burglar responsible for at least eight break-ins of cellular businesses to support a daily spice habit.

On Monday, police arrested Mark Anthony Voglio, a 22-year-old transient on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools and possession of stolen property after a sergeant on patrol spotted him walking near Chandler Boulevard and Price Road wearing a green backpack, similar to descriptions of the burglary suspect.

After he was apprehended, Voglio emptied his backpack, revealing items police say were used to commit the burglaries at AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile stores throughout the west side of the city such as gloves, wire cutters and a large river rock.

Voglio was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on suspicion of eight counts of burglary-related offenses.

Oof. That was badddddddd. Let's not be too quick to judge here. Perhaps this man just has pain and due to the raft of problems with the medical Marijuana distibuters was forced to take matters into his own hands. Or maybe he is just a complete loser.

It takes a "special" kind of person to try and link cancer patients to this criminal drug user.

In other words, a complete loser. ;)
