A single vehicle crashed killed two men Wednesday night in Gilbert.
According to Gilbert Police, a 1993 Honda Civic traveling south on San Tan Village Parkway at Ray Road crashed into a light pole about 10:30 p.m.
The driver, Michael Jacob Bruenig, 23, of Mesa, and his passenger, 39-year-old Bryan Joseph Taube, of Gilbert, were both killed.
Police say alcohol and speed may have been a factor in the collision. Police are still investigating the accident.
