  How will that line of questioning go? Prosecutor: "Sheriff Arpaio. Do you admit to going into neighborhoods where all advertising is in Spanish and questioning people caught in the act of another infraction about their citizenship status when they cannot speak English and cannot produce any identification?”. Sheriff Arpaio: “Uh, yes”. Prosecutor: "Do you also admit to the fact that you did not ask the citizenship status of people detained that did speak English and could indeed produce valid ID”. Sheriff Arpaio: “Uh, yes”.

  VofReason - Actually, they WILL ask your citizenship status, even if you speak English and have valid ID. They did with me and my family at a "border" checkpoint (the checkpoint was nowhere near the border).

  The latino's who are bitching in this case should make their statement this: We want all of our illegal brethren to spew across the porous border with mexico and MCSO is impeding their progress. They can get free medical care, education and are immune to any responsibility while here.

  VOR: We would not have the problem if the Hispanics and their far left liberal leaning gringos would not shield the illegals. By the way, there are illegals other than Hispanics but that fact seems to elude the illegal Hispanic supporters.
