A 22-year-old man accused of exposing his genitals to a Tempe Public Library employee was arrested on Monday after officers and a police canine coaxed him out of the bushes he was trying to hide in.
Tiberias Foster was arrested on suspicion of public sexual indecency and indecent exposure about 3:30 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 1300 block of E. Broadway Road for an outstanding felony warrant. Foster had fit the description of a person exposing himself in front of a library worker on Feb. 10, according to police.
When Foster was located in the complex, he refused to surrender to police, so a canine handler released his dog into the area. The dog bit Foster and detained him until police took him into custody, police said.
Police also are investigating to determine if Foster has been involved in other indecent exposure cases.

Lol "a police canine coaxed him out of the bushes he was trying to hide in." I don't believe coaxed is quite the word you were looking for unless coaxing and brutally attacking are one in the same:) Can you imagine the dog on his hind legs saying, "Come on boy, come on pervert, out of the bushes..." You crack me up Sakal!
