A transformer fire in Chandler knocked out traffic lights on a 2-mile stretch of Alma School Road between Queen Creek and Chandler Heights Road on Tuesday.
Affected interesections included Alma School and Sandpiper Drive, Alma School and Ocotillo Road and Alma School and Lake Road.
Police officers were at all intersections directing traffic while the Chandler Fire Department responded to the fire.
