Nationally known speed coach, Will “Sully” Sullivan, will train student athletes at a week-long camp on March 10, 12 and 14 at a Legacy Traditional School in Chandler.
Sullivan ProFormance is bringing its speed development program to the district’s first Athlos Speed Camp at the Athlos Traditional Academy campus in Chandler. The three-phase program will provide students in grades four through eight with coaching in the areas of acceleration training, agility, and developing quickness and power.
“At the Athlos Speed Camp, our participants will receive hands-on training to help improve their speed and overall athleticism,” said Ryan Johnson, Legacy’s district athletic coordinator.
