Diet counselor and certified professional food manager Rhonda Peters, author of “So, What Can I Eat Now?!,” will offer a free cooking class at Whole Foods Market in Chandler at 3 p.m. Sunday.
The recipes will be gluten, soy, dairy and egg free. Class participants will learn how to create meals that combine fresh and flavorful ingredients and budget-friendly prices. Also, at 6 p.m. May 9, Peters and other gluten-free experts will chat about tips for eating gluten-free using the Twitter hashtag #GlutenfreeAZ.
