A memorial service for Chandler police Detective Gary Fuller, who died last month, will be held Saturday.
Services will be at 10 a.m. at Chandler Christian Church, 1825 S. Alma School Road.
Fuller, 55, a veteran homicide detective who had worked for the department since 1987, died on Nov. 16 from pancreatic cancer, according to information from Chandler police.
Fuller, who was known for investigating many high-profile cases with meticulous care, had stopped working in October.
He is survived by his wife, Val Fuller; and sons Jarrod, 33, and Jason, 31. Fuller came to Chandler 23 years ago after serving as police chief for a small-town police department in South Dakota.
A reception will be at the church following the service.
