A charity car and truck show is planned for Saturday in Chandler to benefit the city's Acts of Kindness Program.
The program funds a variety of local human service programs that provide basic needs such as food, shelter, clothing, medical services and transportation to people in need.
The car show is planned for 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Laguna Village Shopping Center, at 5865 W. Ray Road, on the southeast corner of Ray and Kyrene roads.
The event is free and open to the public. It will include music and raffles and feature all makes and models of cars and trucks. All of the money raised from a $10 car show entry fee will be given to Acts of Kindness.
