Two 19-year-old men and a juvenile male police say are responsible for a vehicle break-in were arrested on suspicion of burglary early Friday after an alert citizen saw one of the suspects break a window of a car before speeding off in a white car.

The citizen called police about 1:40 a.m. to report that he saw a vehicle get broken into in the 1200 block of Geronimo Street before they sped off, according to Detective Seth Tyler, a Chandler police spokesman.

After police arrived in the area, they noticed a white car driving through the neighborhood When police stopped the car, they arrested Leopold Macias and Cody Moon, both 19 and of Phoenix, and booked them into a Maricopa County jail. The boy, whose age was not available, was released to his mother pending a criminal complaint.
