The daughter of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock entered into a plea agreement in Maricopa County Superior Court on Thursday, pleading guilty to two counts of felony child abuse in connection with a sexual relationship with a teenage boy.
According to Thursday’s agreement, Pinal County Superior Court Commissioner Hank Gooday has the discretion to sentence Rachel Brock, 22, to up to 10 years of probation and one year in jail. She will be sentenced for the offenses on Aug. 17.
When she was 18, Rachel Brock began having a relationship with the boy when he was 13 that included sexual touching and her sending nude photos of herself via text messages, according to court documents.
Rachel Brock, who has been held in a Maricopa County jail without bond since March, initially was charged with seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor and furnishing harmful materials to a minor. However, those charges were dismissed after she entered into the plea agreement.
After being arrested in December, Brock was arrested a second time in March after Pinal County prosecutors requested more information in the case. The sexual activities happened between August 2006 and August 2008, but did not include intercourse, according to Chandler police.
The victim was the same boy with whom Brock’s mother, Susan Brock, had engaged in a years-long sexual relationship. Susan Brock, 49, estranged from her husband, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for offenses related to the relationship on April 7.

that is so pathetic that she at the most will only get one year in jail. What a slap in the face to this boys family. Wow she got off easy.

What is pathetic is the waste of money spent on the investigation. That boy isn't a victim, he shagged a mom and daughter and probably bragged about it to his friends.
