Logan McQueary, the father of missing Baby Gabriel and the estranged boyfriend of Elizabeth Johnson, the Tempe mother charged in connection with her son’s disappearance, will appear in court Monday on a criminal charge.
McQueary, 27, of Gilbert, was charged with trafficking stolen property on March 30. He is accused of stealing a Wii game system and accessories from a friend’s house in Scottsdale before hocking it to a nearby pawn shop in October, records show. According to the court records, McQueary fled to Kentucky to avoid prosecution as he has prior criminal offenses and could go to prison if convicted of the offense — a class 3 felony.
McQueary agreed to turned himself in, and in addition to his own arraignment Monday, is expected to testify in the ongoing court proceedings tied to his son’s disappearance.

Juggernaut, given that, she may just be a responsible mother who knows her child is safe. I certainly wouldn't, in her shoes, give up my child to the tender mercies of the foster care system.
