The Phoenix Police Department is continuing to make prostitution-related arrests in an ongoing investigation that law enforcement officials have called the largest prostitution bust in Arizona history.
Sheila Bucalo, 41, who police said is the final key player to be involved in the operation, turned herself in before a judge last week, according to information from the Phoenix Police Department. In addition to Bucalo, police arrested Veronica Rodriguez, 20, and Linda Morris, 26. Police said the trio was involved with Night Partners Entertainment, one of many escort services where the alleged prostitutes involved in the operation worked.
Phoenix police last month announced more than 24 arrests in the operation, which authorities say involves more than 100 prostitutes and resulted in a 55-person indictment on various prostitution-related charges.
