Banner Ironwood Medical Center in Queen Creek will hold a sneak peek 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 10 to introduce the community to the hospital and its services.
Teen volunteers needed for hospitals
From noon to 1 p.m., residents are invited to put their handprint on the hospital. Services the hospital will provide will be explained and the event includes a free barbecue. Tours will not be available because the hospital is under construction.
The first phase of Banner Ironwood Medical Center will open Nov. 1 with a full-service emergency department, 36 inpatient beds and a focus on general and intensive care, obstetrics and surgery.
