There are several things to remember when undertaking this project; 1. Much like the recent intersection project and the drainage project on the same road in the same area, make sure that traffic is inconvenienced as long as possible; 2. Reduce the width of the lanes (hopefully with jersey barriers) so that many of the vehicles will bump and scrape; 3. Always leave lots of gravel everywhere so windshields will break; 4. Make sure you use "flaggers" who have no sense of timing, poor eyesight, hold up lines of traffic to allow a friend through, and stop everything when the think a truck might pass; 5. Continue to consider this project, like you have all the rest, possibly your last, so make it last until the next project is lined up, so you can just move all the equipment to the next road without moving it to storage. 6. And remember, we are right, they are wrong, do not answer any questions, and do not ever admit a mistake.
