The third of four sex offenders sought by authorities since leaving a Mesa facility where they were serving probation surrendered to Mexican authorities Saturday and was deported to Arizona Sunday, according to the U.S. Marshal’s Office.

As of Sunday afternoon Randy Brown, 24, was taken into custody in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico and was booked into the Cochise County Jail in Douglas, to await extradition to Maricopa County.

Donald Temple and Matthew Ellsworth, two of the other sex offenders who left Mesa’s East Valley Men’s Shelter in August 2009, were arrested last week in Chihuahua, Mexico. The fourth, Manuel Dominguez, is still at large. The men were convicted of separate molestation offenses against victims ranging in age from 4 to 11 and all were on lifetime probation.

They were required to live at the center as a condition of their probation.
