Mesa police, fire departments host children's safety event

Mesa parents can have their children fingerprinted, photographed and have bite casts done free of charge during a Take 25 event 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

The event, at Superstition Springs Mall, is hosted by the Mesa Police Department and Mesa Fire Department to promote children's safety issues. There will be information on Internet safety, water safety, car seat placement, child safety and what to do in the event your child goes missing.
