Teens, grab your video cameras and your editing software. The Maricopa County Library District is looking for the best 60- to 90-second video that promotes its annual summer reading program.
The theme for the teen segment of the reading program — and the theme for the video contest — is “You Are Here.” Videographers ages 12 through 18 are encouraged to explore this theme with the idea that each person is part of our diverse world.
For complete rules and an entry form, visit www.mcldaz.org/teens.
Winning submissions will be uploaded and spotlighted on the library district’s Teen Oasis Web page. First place prize is a Flip MinoHD video camera; second place, Sony Bloggie Touch; and third place, an iPod Shuffle.
