The Apache Junction Unified School District has launched its annual "Stuff-a-Bus" drive to collect new, unwrapped gifts for less fortunate children and families within the district.
School buses will be stationed at various locations and boxes will be placed at local businesses. All donated gifts will be matched to children's wish lists from Project HELP holiday assistance applicants.
Families requesting assistance may do so at the office, 195 E. Superstition Blvd., 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays through Dec. 7.
All school-age children in a family must be attending district schools to be eligible.
