Southbound traffic on Loop 101 will be reduced to two open lanes between Via de Ventura and Loop 202 through 5 a.m. Monday, Scottsdale officials announced.
Arizona Department of Transportation crews continue to construct carpool lanes on Loop 101 between Shea Boulevard and Loop 202.
