SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - A 36-year-old man from Tempe has pleaded guilty in Sioux Falls, S.D., to disorderly conduct in a case that involved cell phone pictures of men taking showers.
Timothy Fuehrer had been charged with taking pictures without consent but pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in a plea agreement.
Authorities took his cell phone in December and said it contained 59 nude photos - a few of which appeared to be shot at the Elmen Center on the Augustana College campus in Sioux Falls.
Fuehrer is to be sentenced on the misdemeanor charge April 16.
