Gilbert’s new town manager will speak informally to members of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and the community at a luncheon 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the SanTan Elegante Conference and Reception Center, 1800 S. SanTan Parkway, Gilbert. General admission is $35, but chamber members get in for $20 with preregistration or $25 at the door.
