FRIDAY FLIGHT: Eagle trainer and Scottsdale resident Joe Miller releases Phoenix, a golden eagle, in a screened-in practice flight room at Liberty Wildlife, a center that just received a $95,000 grant from US Airways Foundation to support the rescue's Education Takes Flight Center, a program that uses live birds of prey to educate children.
