  Now you have to ask yourselves another question....WHY AREN'T OUR MARICOPA COUNTY SUPERVISORS.......STANDING ALONGSIDE THE MARICOPA COUNTY ATTORNEY...ADDING THEIR WEIGHT TO THIS IMPENDING LEGAL CASTASTROPY.

  Just like President Obama and his Secretary of Homeland "In-Security", Janet Napolitano...our Maricopa County Supervisors being Democrats are more concerned about the ...HISPANIC VOTE......than the safety of the American Citizens of Maricopa County.

  But they aren't the only ones....where is Maricopa Congressman Jeff Flake ??? Why isn't he banging on Janet Napolitano's door ...DEMANDING...that she rescind her disasterous "Order" that allows Mexican Illegal Aliens "CRIMINALS"...not to be fingerprinted and to go ...SCOTT FREE ???

  Congressman Jeff Flake...it's time to put up or get out out politics...either you were elected to serve the ..AMERICAN CITIZENS...in your US Congressional District or...you have chosen to follow the dictates of certain religious leaders on matters of Illegal Alien Immigration and you have decided to serve the .....CITIZENS OF MEXICO, GUATAMALA, HONDURAS AND EL SALVADOR.

  The choice is simple........EITHER CHOSE TO .."PROTECT"..THE BORDER ......OR..........TO .."OPEN"....THE BORDER TO ANOTHER 20,000,000 ILLEGAL ALIENS.

  Arpaio must go. He has harassed at least 12 people that I know personally, who were born in Arizona, most of whom are veterans. His cronies and tools have stopped them on the freeway for "doing the speed limit", searched their cars, taken them into custody because their driver's licenses were not "proof enough", held them overnight, called them all kinds of derogatory names, shoved them, and generally treated them (American citizens) with contempt. Why? Because they look to his deputies like they "MIGHT" be undocumented/illegally in the US. This year it is Latinos. Next year it might be blacks, or Indians, or Asians or who knows. This has got to stop. It isn't a Republican or a Democrat issue, it is our freedom!!!!!! Arpaio has got to go. He has overstepped again and again. He is more illegal than the "illegals" he is supposedly worrying about. But don't count on these losers if your daughter gets raped or molested...they don't have time for that kind of police work. Arpaio has got to go!

  It's still not clear how this administrative change prevents any law enforcement agency from holding a felon. Furthermore, maybe if the sheriff's office should have paid more attention to all of the sex offenders that it ignored, he would not be under attack from so many different sides.

  The DOJ and Homeland Security must be getting nervous because the Supreme Court agreed to hear the SB 1070 case, which ironically was announced just this week. They are also trying to diffuse attention away from their Fast and Furious debacle. Threatening Sheriff Arpaio at this time is just retaliation for enforcing our immigration laws, the ones they don't happen to like. Gee, whatever happened to those Black Panthers who intimidated voters in 2008? I guess the DOJ thought the victims were the wrong color.

  Doesn't it seem strange that some folks get confused between LEGAL/ILLEGAL? This is what is confusing all these folks who are opposing Sheriff Joe. Am I wrong? A few weeks ago, Sheriff Jope was asked to do an investigation of obama's legality. Now look at what has happened. All these so called botched crimes......I can't believe this as it does not ring true. The justice dept, obama, and holder are all over this.....and I have to ask why? What is in it for them?? If I was in a top notch position that obama and holder are in...I would make sure of what is going on and stay on top of it. Yet is seem that they are covering each others behindsand when asked about fast and furious, you get some dumb answers as,"I don't know, or I wasn't aware." These guys are in the position to lead our country, they took an oath to defend it. Yet it seems that they only care about are open borders, and the votes and the US be damned. Shame on them!!!!

  Legal/Illegal.........it does make a difference. Sheriff Joe catching flak because of this. Now if the government says that the border is their job,,,,then why aren't they enforcing the laws that are written instead of having their own agendas or making the laws up as they go?

  So, because King Obama REFUSES TO ENFORCE Federal law, now he's issued orders to make it impossible for CERTAIN Police departments to check if a person is an ILLEGAL ALIEN or not.

  If an ILLEGAL ALIEN isn't detained, then later commits another crime (like murder, et al), then IMHO then Obama, and the President of Homeland Security should both be held accountable.

  You claim you know at least 12 people that MCSO treated "with contempt"? Why aren't they express their views here? The Federal government has taken away tools needed in order to verify if a person is a citizen or not. If you are a citizen, then you need not worry.

  As for being concerned about my daughter, I am when I hear how often ILLEGAL ALIENS RECROSS the WIDE OPEN BORDER! Want some proof? Google "Chandler Rapist" and check out Santana Batiz-Aceves. Here's what I found out:

  "Santana Batiz-Aceves, a 39-year-old illegal immigrant suspected of being the Chandler Rapist, was deported twice for criminal charges in California in 1999 and 2003. Both convictions were in Sacramento County."

  And what about the TWO DRUG SMUGGLERS recently caught by MCSO. One (Ivan
  Lara-Roque) has been deported 13 times and was banned from entering the USA again. The other one was caught In Colorado and deported, then caught again within a week of him being deported. He's crossed 14 times!

  So, because of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, DANGEROUS CRIMINALS will be able to freely walk among US CITIZENS!

  Although the Federal Government is charging Sheriff Joe with being biased against illegals, they have admitted the problem is HUGE.

  ICE is stationing 50 ( fifty ) agents in Joe's jails to do the checks for illegal immigrants!!!
