AAA will hold its annual Great Battery Roundup now through April 24.

During the event, motorists can drop off their used vehicle batteries at a AAA owned or AAA Approved Auto Repair facility across the state. The collected batteries will be turned in for recycling at no charge. For every battery collected, the auto club will donate $4 to Keep Phoenix Beautiful.

AAA Arizona’s Great Battery Roundup has collected more than 1,550 batteries since it began in 2000. For information, see www.aaa.com.
