Services will be Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday for the Tempe police officer who died this week in a motorcycle crash on Loop 101. Officer Kevin Weeks, 28, died Thursday from injuries suffered when his motorcycle struck construction materials about 4:15 a.m. and crashed on southbound Loop 101, police said.

He was riding his motorcycle home from work when he hit light-rail materials placed off the main traffic lanes.

Weeks, who grew up in Chandler and graduated from Chandler High School, will be buried at Valley of the Sun Cemetery in Chandler.
