The Arizona Cardinals are accepting applications for their annual Community Quarterback award.
The award recognizes outstanding volunteers throughout the state with a total of $20,000 to the charitable organization they serve. To nominate yourself or someone else, applicants must be older than 13 by Jan. 1, 2012, volunteer at a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (school, youth center, church or etc.), and the non-profit organization must agree to accept any grant monies awarded from the Community Quarterback Award Program on the nominee’s behalf and allocate as needed to the program in which the volunteer is supporting. Applications must be postmarked by no later than Nov. 1.
