Carrington College Mesa, a part of DeVry Inc., offers courses necessary to start a career in respiratory care, a growing health field. The college offers hands-on classroom training, interactive lab exercises and clinical experiences to prepare students to evaluate, treat and care for patients. The associate degree program consists of 27 courses that are offered year-round and provide flexible class schedules.

"The role of a respiratory therapist is expanding more into case management, disease prevention, emergency care and early detection of pulmonary disorders, which expands the opportunities available to medical professionals," said Tracy Cagan, respiratory care program director.

For more information about certificate and degree programs offered at Carrington College, or to register for classes, visit www.carrington.edu/cc or call (888) 720-5014.
