The Maricopa County Office of Vital Registration's main office in Phoenix is closed until further notice.
Residents who need vital registration services such as birth and death certificates, paternities, corrections and amendments can visit the Mesa satellite office at 4419 E. Main St., Suite 105.
A plumbing issue last week caused the closure of the Phoenix office. According to a press release, no personal records were damaged.
Certificates can also be ordered online by logging in to www.WeArePublicHealth.org and clicking on "Birth and Death Certificates."
