Scholar with the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs during the summer of 2009, will be in the first lady Michelle Obama's box for the State of the Union address. He is a freshman at the University of Arizona. Clayton grew up in Southeast Washington, D.C., and graduated from Ballou High School where he was the captain of the football team.
