Robert Wilson, 86, will be a among a group of World War II veterans who will be flown to tour the war memorials and other sites in Washington, D.C. from May 1-3 as part of the Honor Flight program that picks up the bill for flying veterans to Washington so they can see the sites. The program, which recently received a $10,000 grant from Boeing of Mesa, also is trying to raise more money for vets on the waiting list. [Tim Hacker/ Tribune]

If you knew its not a war movie it was there life.
Todays young vets stepped up to the plate and knocked it clean out of the park.
