Wednesday's air quality health watch has been canceled after the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality determined residual dust levels from Tuesday's gusts were not as high as expected.

Though there were hourly particle matter concentrations of dust that exceeded federal standards for a while Wednesday, it was not widespread.

A stagnant air mass is expected to move into the Valley Thursday through Saturday, and temperatures may go back up to the low 80s by Saturday.
