Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers, members of Catholic Healthcare West, are seeking students between the ages of 14 to 18 who are interested in helping others and gaining work experience during the summer at either hospital or one of the CHW Urgent Care centers in Ahwatukee Foothills, Gilbert and Queen Creek.

Some of the service areas where “volunteens” can participate include: delivering flowers, mail and newspapers; working in the gift shop; performing clerical duties; assisting at the nursing stations; and running miscellaneous errands around the medical centers. Volunteens are required to serve a minimum of 40 hours over the summer.

To learn more, please visit www.ChandlerRegional.org or www.MercyGilbert.org. The application is due Thursday.
