Nothing new here,just normal Az. law making,the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The confusion is a good way for towns to make money in the fines they collect etc.

Let’s legalize the sale of Alcohol, but make it illegal to actually swallow, you can drink it, but do not swallow, you could be fined $2,500 or 6 Months in jail for the first offense. ;)

From some of the responses to the legalization of fireworks in AZ, you'd think we were pushing flamethrowers on the kids. How do all the kids survive in other states where sparklers are a 4th of July right of passage? Do you really think some kid with a sparkler in a concrete driveway in Chandler is going to burn the Mogollon rim down?
