The daughter of a Maricopa County supervisor has been sentenced in a sex case involving a teenage boy.
Maricopa County Superior Court says Judge Henry Gooday sentenced 22-year-old Rachel Brock to 10 years of supervised probation and one year deferred jail for two counts of child abuse with sexual motivation.
Brock entered into a plea agreement in June. She was accused of having sexual contact with a Chandler boy between February 2007 and August 2008 after he turned 14.
Brock's mother, 49-year-old Susan Brock, is serving a 13-year prison sentence for molesting the same boy.

News this morning states that this little 'precious' will NOT have to register as a sex offender. This plea deal just smells worse and worse.

She is a SEX OFFENDER. Don't care where she learned it, she is getting off much easier than a male with a similar story. Details of her sentencing strangely missing.
Will she have to register as a Sex offender? Notify the Court whenever she moves, be restricted to within xxx distance of children? Will she be allowed to leave the State (jurisdiction of the Court) thus escaping to some community where no one knows her secret? I smell a Daddy Dearest hand in all this.

Isn't Judge Henry Gooday from Pinal County?

If it was reversed the male always gets mandatory jail time
And a male in Maricopa County would have gotten lifetime probation.

She should be in prison for 10 years right along with her mother...............

Gotta love the double standard here. Female does a minor male and gets probation. If it was reversed the male always gets mandatory jail time. Plea or no plea... She gets one year suspended so if she violates she may have to do the year... Give me a break!
