Chandler police are investigating an alleged sexual assault and attempted kidnapping incident that ended at a Classic Car Spa near the city’s border with Tempe Thursday morning.
The suspect, described as a Hispanic male wearing a black cap with a red “C” above the bill, picked up who police described as a young female in the 3900 block of West Calle Segunda and later dropped her off at the car wash near the intersection of Ray and Priest roads about 7:45 a.m., police said.
The man was driving a late-model Chevrolet Tahoe sport utility vehicle, according to police.
