Gilbert Police are searching for a man who robbed at Walgreens, early last Thursday morning.
The suspect entered the store and began to purchase a package of gum, police said. When the cashier opened the register drawer, the suspect reached across the counter and began to remove cash from the drawer. After the suspect walked out the door, he got into the passenger side of a two-toned Lincoln Town Car. Weapons were not used or displayed in this robbery and no one was injured, police said.
He is described as a black male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall with a stocky build, approximately in his late 20s, and wearing white knit shorts, a black t-shirt, a black baseball hat and black tennis shoes, police said.
