While all dogs want a “forever home,” sometimes they must wait for that to happen. Until then, several rescue organizations in the East Valley need foster homes to help care for the animals.
“Often we don't have enough volunteer homes to house the number of dogs that we take into rescue. We then have to board our Bostons at a shelter and this gets very expensive,” according to a release from the Arizona Boston Terriers Rescue.
If you would be interested in being a foster volunteer for this organization, see www.azbtrescue.org. Several others, includes rescues for goldens, pugs and more, can be found online.
