While March ended with another increase in the cost of fuel, the average price was at the lowest level in four years.

Arizona drivers paid a penny more for gas last week at an average of $3.40 a gallon, with the national average bumping up 3 cents to $3.566 a gallon. Tucson again had the lowest prices at $3.310 while Flagstaff remained at the high end at $3.533 a gallon.

Despite the increase, AAA Arizona reports the cost to fill the tank in March 2014 was the cheapest since 2010.
