Habitat for Humanity is looking for families in Apache Junction to partner with and is accepting applications.

Recipients can see monthly payments as low as $500 per month with a zero interest mortgage. Habitat’s mortgage repayment success rate is 86 percent nationally and foreclosures were less than 3 percent per year.

The Apache Junction development will create a safe, stable community on a quiet cul-de  sac. Homes are placed on over-sized lots and families can choose from three and four bedroom homes with spacious floor plans and two-car garage. All homes will be outfitted with an appliance package that includes an Energy Star rated range and refrigerator.

For more information, please visit www.habitatcaz.org or call 602-268-9022 to schedule an appointment.
