You’ve heard of lap dogs? Well, Iggy is the perfect lap cat. This 4-year-old feline loves to snuggle with his human companion as he drifts off to sleep. Any anything you can do to help him doze – give him some chin scratches, belly rubs, lots of petting – he will greatly appreciate.

When nap time is over, Iggy springs into action, playing with anything he can bat around. He especially loves swizzle wands and feather wands, and will carry them around in triumph when he captures them. Iggy also enjoys his meals and hanging out with other friendly cats.

For more information on Iggy, or other deserving animals, call Reducing Animal Euthanasia at Shelters through Commitment and Underlying Education at (480) 598-9410 or visit www.azrescue.org. The cost of adoption is $125 for cats and $150 for dogs, which includes spaying and neutering and some inoculations.
