Members of the Team Arizona Outrigger Canoe Club practice in Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert, Tuesday, July 27, 2010. The club was invited by Val Vista Lakes resident Rick Johnson after the dam burst at Tempe Town Lake where the club normally holds its practices.
