Army Spc. Tracey Bovee and his wife, Elizabeth, relaxing with their firstborn Allie Faye, who was born at 6:02 p.m. on Thursday at Banner Ironwood Medical Center in San Tan Valley. Tracey Bovee is on his second tour in Iraq as a member of a tank crew and arrived in Arizona on Nov. 6, in time for Allie’s life debut.
