Mesa police officer Mark Kelly and his wife Elizabeth watch as the department's Blue Santa presents their youngest child Bryan with a christmas present during an early Christmas celebration for Kelly and his family at the Mesa Police Red Mountain district station. The event was hosted by the Mesa Police Association's Officer Assistance Fund who also presented Kelly, who suffers from Lou Gehrigs disease, with a Ford Super Duty passenegr shuttle van complete with a wheelchair lift.
