Bullying bil

John Baba describes what happened when his son was beaten by bully at school. He spoke in support of a bill by Rep. Kimberly Yee, R-Phoenix, that would require schools to develop procedures for addressing bullying and that would punish school employees who fail to file reports about incidents of bullying.
